Care and use

Wash thoroughly before first use; use plastic or rubber scrapers to remove food residue.
Do not use abrasive detergents or bleaches, or metal utensils or abrasives, as they may stain or damage the surface.
Not suitable for boiling water or direct heat; melamine will soften if it becomes too hot.
Neville's guide notes melamine as not oven or microwave safe.
