Looking after your glass

Cleaning

  1. Wash new glasses before first use.
  2. Designed for commercial glasswashers (double walled glasses are hand wash only).
  3. Do not wash above 60°C, which can bake debris onto glasses.
  4. Use non-caustic detergents: caustic detergents can damage and dull the glass.
  5. Dispose of cracked or chipped glasses; do not put them in the dishwasher.

Use

  1. Do not put cold liquids straight into hot or warm glasses, as this can cause cracks.

Storage and handling

  1. Store in correctly sized compartment glass racks.
  2. Do not stack glassware that is not recommended as stackable.
  3. Do not store or place cutlery in glasses: it can damage and mark the surface.
