Care and use

Looking after your non-stick bakeware

Care

  1. First use: wash thoroughly in warm soapy water before first use.
  2. Hand wash using mild detergent and warm water; dry immediately to avoid water spots.
  3. Clean after each use to prevent grease build-up, and wash burnt-on food off straight away to reduce the risk of corrosion.
  4. Use heat resistant plastic utensils to maintain the non-stick coating.
  5. Oven safe, but overheating may damage the non-stick surface.

Avoid

  1. Sudden changes in temperature, such as plunging a hot pan into cold water, which may cause distortion.
  2. Metal utensils which may scratch or damage the surface.
  3. Steel wool or any other abrasive.
