Care and use
Looking after your Vintage Steel
Cleaning
- Wash thoroughly in warm soapy water before first use.
- Hand wash in warm soapy water after every use. The product is dishwasher safe, but hand washing helps prolong its life.
- Dry completely with a soft cloth after each wash.
- If it shows signs of tarnish, rub with a metal polish compound and a soft cloth.
- Do not scrub with an abrasive sponge or use industrial detergent.
Use
- Safe for direct food contact.
- Do not use over direct heat or flame; not for use in a microwave.
- Do not leave wet, as permanent water marks may stain the surface.
- Some Vintage Steel products have brass handles, which will tarnish over time.
